🌿 Ayurvedic Seasonal Cleanse:

14 Days to Reset & Renew 🌿

April 17th- May 4th

Seasons change. So should you. 🍃

Nature doesn’t cling to what’s old—it sheds, renews, and is reborn. The trees let go. The earth wakes up. And your body? She’s begging for the same reset.

Whether it’s shaking off winter’s heaviness in spring or grounding yourself before the deep stillness of fall, this is your moment to clear out the stagnation and step into the next season lighter, stronger, and deeply nourished.

Join me for a 14-Day Ayurvedic Seasonal Cleanse—a gentle but powerful reset designed to get you back in sync with your body and nature’s rhythms. Because thriving isn’t seasonal—it’s a choice.

Why Cleanse with the turning seasons?

Your liver? She’s a damn powerhouse. Day in, day out, she’s detoxing, filtering, and keeping your body in check. But here’s the thing—if you never give her a break, how’s she supposed to do a deep clean? 🌿

Twice a year, nature gives us the perfect window for cleansing—spring and fall. These “shoulder seasons” aren’t just about weather shifts; they’re about shaking off the old and making space for something better.

Spring? Time to wake up, melt away stagnation, and bring in fresh energy.
Fall? Time to shed, ground, and prep for the deep stillness ahead.

This cleanse isn’t about starving yourself or forcing your body into overdrive. It’s about giving your system what it actually needs—warmth, nourishment, and space to let go. So you can walk into the next season clear, balanced, and fully in your power.

The Cleanse Breakdown: 14 Days to Balance

🗓 3 Days of Preparation
We start by laying the groundwork—setting intentions, prepping your body, and creating a nourishing routine to carry you through the cleanse.

This phase is all about fiber, digestion, and priming your system. Why? Because an Ayurvedic cleanse liberates fat-soluble toxins, and if digestion isn’t moving smoothly, those toxins don’t leave—they just recirculate. No thanks.

For these three days, we increase fiber, focus on seasonal abundance, and load up on vibrant, grounding veggies to gently open detox pathways. We also begin phasing out harder-to-digest foods, making space for what truly nourishes. And for some, that includes animal protein.

Let’s be real—modern women are running on fumes. The Ayurvedic cleanses of 5,000 years ago were designed for a different world, a different pace of life, and a much stronger digestive system. Today’s gut health is compromised. Our adrenals are taxed. We don’t have the luxury of extreme depletion in the name of “cleansing.” Instead, we focus on deep nourishment, not starvation—because healing happens when the body feels safe.

🌱 7 Days of Active Cleanse
During the active cleanse, we focus on warmth and balance. You'll enjoy warm, soupy foods, herbal teas, nourishing ghee, and grounding practices to coax toxins out of your tissues without shocking your system. 🌿

Some of the staple recipes include kitchari, cleansing beet soup, and detoxifying green soups. There’s a strong emphasis on cooked vegetables, mung beans, and bone broth—foods that are gentle yet powerful in their ability to support detox.

Warmth = safety. When your body feels supported, true healing happens.

Routine = recalibration. Knowing what’s coming each day allows the body to rest, restore, and process efficiently.

Flushing (optional): Each participant is invited to close the active cleansing period with a gall bladder/liver flush and/or a colon flush. These are done at home, and you’ll be well-prepared for them if you choose to include them!

🌿 4 Days of Rejuvenation
After the cleanse, we shift our focus to rebuilding, restoring vitality, and refilling the well. 🌼

In Ayurveda, this phase is known as Rasayana—a period of deep nourishment designed to restore ojas, the vital essence that governs immunity, stress resistance, and fertility.

And Rasayana? It’s delicious. Think herbal preparations, deeply grounding stews, and if tolerated, raw dairy—a traditional Rasayana food used to build strength and resilience. This is the time for earthier, nutrient-dense foods that rebuild what has been gently released.

Because cleansing isn’t about depletion—it’s about renewal. And when done right, you emerge stronger, more radiant, and truly nourished.

Why Warmth & Nourishment Matter

This isn’t a cleanse that leaves you hungry or relies on juice fasts. ❌ In fact, those approaches can be harsh, especially during these delicate seasonal transitions. Instead, we focus on what truly nourishes your body and supports your healing: warmth and grounding. 🔥 Whether it’s the crispness of fall or the renewal of spring, we focus on warming, nourishing practices that help you thrive. Think warm, soupy meals, soothing oil massages, and herbal teas—all designed to make your body feel safe as it naturally detoxifies.

The air element is prominent during both fall and spring, and in Eastern medicine (and all traditional systems), warmth and moisture are key to balancing this excess air. This approach doesn’t just support the body physically—it creates space for unprocessed emotions to rise and be released. That’s why this cleanse isn’t just about nourishing your body; it’s about doing a deep clean—physically and mentally. It’s powerful work, and we stay in communication throughout the process to help you stay centered and aligned.
